Reaching across the world, ProjectLine Solutions, based in Saskatchewan, Canada, has acquired the SAP software solutions division of Auckland-based Enprise Group.

The two companies bring together their respective strengths in leveraging SAP Business One for their customers, with both holding SAP Gold Partner status.

ProjectLine said the existing Enprise products and teams will be retained, ensuring continuity of customer service and ongoing projects, with enhanced support comes from staff based in Canada and the US. Local channel sales support and expanded product development will be brought to North America.

Mark Loveys, director of Enprise Group, said the company has found a great deal of synergy with ProjectLine, which has been very successful with the Enprise product suite.

“We are committed to the success of Enprise Software in the industry,” said Derin Hildebrandt, vice president, ProjectLine. “It is strategic for us to further improve the solid product and service offerings that Enprise Software already brings to the SAP Business One market. The New Zealand team will now be able to leverage Canadian-based resources to better support customers in time zones across the world.”

“With one of the longest standing software development teams in the SAP Business One community, this was a natural progression for ProjectLine,” said Darrell McClarty, president and CEO. “We are looking forward to bringing our experience to the existing Enprise product suite and introducing other solutions that complement the portfolio.”

Enprise’s flagship solution, Enprise Job, takes SAP Business One to the vertical markets of professional services, equipment servicing, make-to-order or specific manufacturing, and project costing.
