Dell, Intel, Deloitte, and DXC Technology are sponsoring the online event e’ffect 2020: The Ultimate Innovation Experience Event in September 2020.
Last year’s successful inaugural e’ffect, an SAP experienced-focused event held at Sydney’s Carriageworks, had provided attendees with the opportunity to see, hear and experience how proven technology operates in the real world. The one-day event had showcased the Experience Zone where participants were transported to different worlds, live showcases, and interactive zones.
Responding to the overwhelmingly positive feedback last year, 2020’s e’ffect brings the innovation experience online for free. The coronavirus pandemic has forced in-person activities like trade events and conferences such as e’ffect to shift and embrace the digital environment to ensure the health and safety of participants.
The inaugural award-winning event e’ffect in 2020 will be a three-part series to be launched on 17 September. In three weeks, the event will feature 30-minute episodes and online experiences to showcase the best in the world use technology, share key learnings about culture and partnerships, and curate powerful learning sessions to equip today’s business leaders as they face the new world of work.
e’ffect 2020: Three-part Series

Last year, Rushenka Perera, Head of Marketing ANZ at SAP, told InsideSAP about the outcome of the one-day event:
“We hope that people left the event inspired by what they saw, with more awareness of SAP’s purpose and that SAP is an innovation partner focused on customer outcomes.
The feedback from customers, partners, and employees has been overwhelmingly positive. We’ve had a number proactively send us emails outlining that they now perceive SAP as an innovative technology provider. And the verbal feedback from customers on the day was similar. A lot of them said ‘I never knew SAP did that’, which was exactly what we wanted to achieve.”
e’ffect in 2020 is reassuring to reflect last year’s outcome with its roster of distinguished speakers and a new online set up to deliver its goal to energise thought, inspire creativity, and immerse participants in the latest proven technology. As an added perk, attendees get a chance to win Ash Barty autographed tennis balls and caps.
