Johannesburg-headquartered Dimension Data is beefing up its Digital Business Solutions portfolio with enhanced global digital commerce capabilities by acquiring a majority stake in the award-winning, London-based digital commerce consultancy, e2y.
The e2y acquisition complements Dimension Data’s infrastructure consulting and service expertise, leveraging e2y’s expertise in SAP Customer Experience Solutions, including: Hybris B2C Commerce, Hybris B2B Commerce, Hybris PCM, Hybris Customer Experience, Hybris Order Management, Hybris Marketing, and SAP Hybris Profile running on YaaS. In addition, e2y brings significant expertise in omni-channel customer experiences to Dimension Data.
