ANZ Partner Award

DXC Technology, the world’s leading independent, end-to-end IT services company, announced that its subsidiary practice DXC Oxygen has won the SAP Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) Partner Award 2018 for Strategic Industry: Energy & Natural Resources. DXC Technology, through its Oxygen practice, is the leading specialist SAP solutions company in Australia and New Zealand. DXC Oxygen is a certified SAP services partner and a platinum SAP channel partner and has achieved Partner Centre of Expertise certification from SAP.

Winners of the partner awards were selected from SAP Australia and New Zealand’s wide-ranging partner ecosystem and announced at the recent SAP ANZ Partner Kick-Off Meeting held in Sydney. A steering committee composed of regional and local SAP representatives determined winning partners in each category against set criteria, including sales achievement and performance.

Over a Decade with SAP

“This award is testament to DXC Oxygen’s decade long investment in providing SAP solutions to the utilities and energy sectors,” said Stuart Dickinson, DXC Oxygen director and general manager. “We were one of the first SAP system integrators to provide a templated SAP solution to meet the particular needs of organisations operating in the rapidly evolving utilities sector.”

He explained that meeting performance targets and managing fast-turnaround asset-intensive projects are key to maintaining viability and competitive advantage in the energy sector: “Utilities struggle to manage these objectives with legacy systems. However, SAP S/4HANA is an integrated digital platform that can transform business operations. It provides a fully integrated application portfolio for better project oversight, offers management a single source of truth and delivers quantifiable real-world benefits to the organisation as a whole.”

“Over the last few years our leading-edge innovations – including our accelerated design, implementation and deployment methodologies – have helped utilities optimise service delivery, improve asset management and enable increased efficiencies across day-to-day business operations,” said Dickinson.
