Excel-based inquiry and reporting software provider, Excel4apps, has reported strong growth in its SAP customer base among Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) businesses and organisations.
The company now has more than 500 customers in 61 countries, including Indonesia, Singapore, Mongolia, China and Hong Kong.
With the assistance of the Australian Trade Commission’s (Austrade) Export Market Development Grants (EMDG) program, Excel4apps set up an ASEAN regional office in Singapore and is building sales channels into other ASEAN countries, the company stated.
Managing director of Excel4apps’ Asia-Pacific Japan (APJ) region, Wilhelm Hamman, said the company is grateful for the government support and financial assistance that has helped fund its Asian growth.
“The funds received open new markets for us and mean a great deal to our company,” he said.
The EMDG program plays an active part in the export growth of innovative companies by supporting the export of intellectual property and expertise outside Australia.
