Sydney-based IQX Business Solutions has been awarded a contract to deliver a comprehensive Capital Investment Management solution for Coca-Cola HBC (CCHBC), one of the world’s largest bottlers for the Coca-Cola Company.
Based in Switzerland, CCHBC operates in 28 countries, and was seeking a solution that was on premise cloud-hosted, that would integrate with SAP ERP and HR, and that could handle Excel upload of multi-year budgets. The solution also needed to offer a web application for capital expenditure requests, a workflow with up to 20 levels of approval for budget and capital expenditure requests, and integration with mobile devices.
IQX was chosen as the preferred supplier following a competitive RFP process.
“We were initially drawn to IQX and were excited about their ability to craft a solution to our requirements, leveraging many existing components. IQX demonstrated a complete grasp of our process requirements giving us confidence on in the evaluation and selection process,” said Dimitris Manolas, IT&IS cluster category leader, CCHBC.
“The solution we’ve proposed for CCH incorporates many of our core products and areas of expertise including SAP-integrated web apps, OneList Approvals, Excel and document integration and SAP Capex management. The significant deal represents a great start to our 2016/17 financial year and has already resulted in the expansion of the IQX team,” said IQX commercial director, Dave Cole.
The project has already kicked off with design workshops completed in September in Sofia, Bulgaria, and go-live planned for July 2017.
IQX is a specialist provider of SAP-integrated web apps, SAP Fiori apps, mobile apps, and Microsoft Office apps.
