User experience management (UEM) solution provider Knoa Software have released a new version of its product which can now monitor SAP Fiori applications.
The solution will help organisations understand how users are interacting with the SAP Fiori user experience via browsers on desktops, smartphones, tablets and other devices.
“By providing data for SAP Fiori applications across mobile and desktop browsers, our newly integrated solution gives customers a more unified view of user experience data,” said Brian Berns, CEO, Knoa Software. “This data is extremely useful across the deployment lifecycle and allows organisations to gather user-centric information that will dramatically improve adoption and the overall return on the technology investment.”
Knoa’s expanded solution will support the most widely used environment configurations, including devices running Safari (desktop and iOS) and Chrome (desktop, iOS, and Android) browsers.
Knoa announced the new solution ahead of SAPPHIRE NOW, held in Orlando this week. SAP resells the Knoa UEM product as SAP User Experience Management by Knoa.
Salt River Project’s SAP functional solutions architect, Gibbons Saint Paul, said, “Our proof of concept provided a lot of promising results that will jumpstart our Fiori and mobility conversations. User experience is a key focus area for us and having a tool like Knoa UEM can help provide direction on what Fiori applications can provide the best value to our users.”
