SAP has appointed two new senior executives to its leadership team to help drive innovation.
Amy Wilson joins SAP SuccessFactors as global head of product from Workday where she oversaw product and implemented strategy and management processes for the human capital management (HCM) portfolio. Prior to this, she was vice president and principal analyst of people management technologies at consulting firm Constellation Research Group, and previously also oversaw Oracle’s human capital management cloud talent applications.
In her new role with SuccessFactors, Wilson will be responsible for the creation and management of solutions, including the development of a “valuable and cohesive HCM suite”, a statement by the company said.
James Harvey has also joined the company, as global head of engineering and service delivery operations. Harvey was previously with CA Technologies, in the role of general manager and senior vice president for IT business management, and has also held a senior product role with Taleo. With SuccessFactors, as well as upholding the standards of the company’s HCM solutions, he will also be partnering with customers to provide integrated cloud-first HR infrastructures.
“Organisations undergoing digital HR transformation require the most innovative and intelligent solutions to propel their workforces and businesses forward,” said Robert Enslin, member of the executive board of SAP SE and president of Cloud Business Group, SAP.
“Both Wilson and Harvey bring deep expertise of HR technology and will champion the development of solutions that empower and engage diverse workforces around the world. Both additions to our leadership team underscore our customer commitment and continued opportunity to transform – and lead – the HCM market.”
