Plaut Australia has become the first certified Celonis consulting partner in Australia and New Zealand, under a new partnership aimed at extending its big data offering.
Celonis Process Mining is intelligent big data technology that analyses and visualises the range of IT-based processes within a company, revealing weaknesses, process inefficiencies and compliance issues. Further analysis options also allow for the identification of possible root causes for process inefficiencies, allowing customers to determine and prioritise the necessary measures to make businesses more efficient.
Plaut will deliver pre-sales, implementation and ongoing business consulting services for the Celonis Process Mining software.
“Plaut is a leader in the business intelligence and analytics space. The Celonis partnership has the potential to enhance our capability further. We will use the Celonis solutions to improve existing implementations and provide continuous improvements,” said Plaut CEO Sebastian Moore.
“The most important thing to our clients is access to data that makes a difference, not just data. The Celonis offerings complement our capabilities in data processing to enable us to better serve our customers.”
“Plaut’s extensive experience in SAP solutions together with their excellent know-how in data analytics makes them a perfect Celonis partner. We look forward to working with Plaut to deliver real, sustainable business results by leveraging the full potential for process optimisation of our common customers,” said Bastian Nominacher, co-CEO, Celonis.
As part of the establishment of the partnership, Celonis’ data scientist, Bertram Lutz, an expert in the world of process mining and digitisation of business processes, recently travelled to Australia to share some of his global insights with Plaut’s clients.
