With over 2000 marketing software tools on the market, understanding how best to implement social media strategy can be a challenge for enterprises.
SAP consulting and technical services provider Plaut is looking to solve this problem with EchoJunction, a new business which brings together enterprise IT and social media.
On the new business, Plaut CEO Sebastian Moore said, “To compete in a rapidly changing marketplace, our clients must engage directly with their customers and incorporate feedback mechanisms into their business operations. EchoJunction offers business consulting and technology solutions to address the challenges for clients in listening, analysing and acting on social network communications.”
Founded by Plaut chief operating officer Adam Fraser, EchoJunction will act as a social media technology broker – advising on a panel of enterprise marketing software solutions including Brandwatch (social listening and media monitoring), Conversocial (social customer service), Simply Measured (social analytics and reporting), Tracx (social media enterprise platform), and Marketo (marketing automation).
