In response to increasing demand for access to popular consumer technology in the workplace, SAP has completely redesigned the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile app for iOS in a bid to revolutionise employee engagement and HR capabilities.
To be available through the Apple App Store later this month, the new iOS design will benefit both employees and managers by increasing access to HR services across the SAP SuccessFactors human capital management solution, HCM Suite.
Driven by the partnership between SAP and Apple, the new app combines the SAP Fiori user experience with the Apple iOS experience, creating the potential to impact productivity and engagement for more than 47 million users worldwide.
In addition to providing instant access to HR services for mobile employees, SAP SuccessFactors Mobile also enables Human Resources departments to deliver a differentiated employee and manager experience.
The new design enables users to have access to continuous performance management and performance reviews; time sheets; time-off requests and approvals; updated search and organisational charts; learning certificates; history; task checklists; and catalogue search and approvals.
Users will benefit from a unified user experience between iPhones and iPads, as well as from the simplified to-do screen, redesigned manager team view and reorganised people profile.
