SAP Cloud Solutions Top Forrester, Gartner Reports

The Forrester Wave Cloud HCM Report

SAP has received a Leader rank in The Forrester Wave: Cloud Human Capital Management Suites for Q2 2020 based on its current offering, strategy, and market presence of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The report shows how each cloud human capital management (HCM) suite providers measures up and helps CIOs and chief HR officers (CHROs) select the right one for their needs.

Forrester reported that SAP SuccessFactors solutions have over 6,800 customers on the SAP SuccessFactors Human Experience Management (HXM) Suite, formerly known as SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) Suite. The SAP SuccessFactors HXM suite is SAP’s new approach to HR solutions that build on the best of cloud HCM solutions, reflects employee-centered experience management tools from Qualtrics, AI-based user experiences, and its formidable partner ecosystem. 

“Payroll is supported for an impressive 46 countries,” the report cited.

According to the latest report, the SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite is also anticipated to leverage intelligent technologies such as AI-enabled and conversational capabilities.

  • Employee Experience Management
  • Core HR and Payroll
  • Talent Management
  • HR Analytics and Workforce Planning

The Gartner’s Magic Quadrant Report

SAP was named a Leader against 18 esteemed vendors in the latest 2020 Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Marketing Hubs for its SAP Marketing Cloud solution. This is SAP’s fourth consecutive recognition for the category.

SAP Marketing Cloud solution goes beyond the traditional CRM software in helping orgnisations drive growth and revenue. Marketers can contribute to achieving the company’s bottom line through the SAP Marketing Cloud solution that provides a single view of all relevant customer information, including front- and back-office data, built-in consent-based marketing, and intelligent optimisation tools for personalised engagements.
