UKISUG Connect will be returning to The International Convention Center (ICC), a major conference venue in Birmingham, England for its 7th successive conference.
The UK & Ireland SAP User Group has announced that the UKISUG Connect 2019 will focus on “engaging minds and empowering success”. The annual conference will be held at the ICC Birmingham on 1-3 December 2019.
Craig Dale, Chief Executive, UK & Ireland SAP User Group said that UKISUG Connect 2019 will focus on engaging delegates and empowering them to succeed both within their organisation and personally. He added:
“We are delighted to welcome an extensive line up of keynote and customer speakers again this year, covering all aspects of SAP. With such a packed agenda, UKISUG CONNECT will continue to be the event for SAP users to share insights, network with peers and learn about SAP’s future product developments.”
This year’s event promises an exciting and engaging programme and is anticipated to bring together 1,000 SAP professionals and business users, including over 500 SAP customers, up to 80 exhibitors and above 200 experts from across the UK & Ireland.
UKISUG Connect 2019 will include interactive workshops and hours of networking opportunities. Beginning on Sunday, with the opening of the Exhibition Hall and range of workshops, delegates will have the chance to meet like-minded peers, share advice and interact with SAP and industry experts.
For participants to enjoy more interactive demos, there will be dedicated SoapBox Sessions on the exhibition floor. There will also be new Networking RoundTable sessions designed in an informal setting to encourage the attendees to ask burning questions and suggest discussion topics to SAP experts.

UKISUG Connect 2019’s agenda includes over 100 breakout sessions covering hot topics namely Digital Transformation, SuccessFactors and S/4 HANA, Creating Disruptive Advantage, Financial Excellence, Payroll, the future of HR and User Experience. The event will also feature for the first time a Customer Experience Management stream to help users better improve CX across their SAP-led solutions.
The User Group will also be running SAP Business ByDesign and SAP Business One Special In Special Interest Groups with the help of the Usability Testing team. This will allow users to test existing products and give on-the-spot feedback directly to SAP product teams.
Making a come back is the SUGFest themed “The Greatest Show”, featuring a big top circus tent, a carousel bar with live music, Jesters’ lounge and a House of Cards.
