Winshuttle acquired by Symphony Technology Group

SAP robotic process automation and data management platform provider Winshuttle has been acquired by Palo Alto-based Symphony Technology Group (STG).

Symphony is a private equity firm with US$2 billion in assets under management, with a specialisation in software, data and analytics companies.

“This is an exciting step for Winshuttle that will allow us to leverage the tremendous expertise of STG to accelerate and scale our offering in the application data management space,” said John Pierson, CEO, Winshuttle. “This partnership will allow us to deepen and broaden the value we deliver to our very satisfied customer base comprised of many of the world’s largest brands.”

Winshuttle currently has a global headcount of 300 people, with headquarters in Bothell, Washington, offices in North America, UK, France, Germany and India, and remote employees around the world.
